Beginning with Robert Bigelow and his immediate response to my internet inquiry to Jeannette Garcia, our sales associate. Richard McAllister Jr., his knowledge, personality and "no-push" approach made buying relaxing. Marc Clemons provided us with another informational, "no-push" finance closing helping us through the lease vs. buy debate. Finally, Jim Webster ended it all with just some friendly conversation, review and thank you. We will be back, there's no doubt about it! I love my RAV! More

My wife and I had planned to stop at 2 dealerships that night to start our search for a new car and we were dreading it. Selecting a vehicle, dealing with a high pressure sales pitch, negotiating a deal, then financing. Thisady Khongdy our sales representative was friendly, informative, accommodating and his low pressure sales style was refreshing and much appreciated by both of us. The promotions and financing that they were offering at the end of July, 2017 coupled with the new sales and service facility made this a no brainer!!! We were done in under 2 hours including the test drive. All car buying experiences should be like this!!! More
