Professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Kevin was beyond helpful. When I called after I left the dealership and told him I would bring in the extra key I neglected to give him, he offered t Kevin was beyond helpful. When I called after I left the dealership and told him I would bring in the extra key I neglected to give him, he offered to help me with the new phone I picked up after leaving Toyota. My old phone worked fine in the the new leased car (Kevin set it up). The new phone didn't. He offered to help me with it when I returned the key. That's above and beyond service I expected. He was a professional, patient (I couldn't decide on a color), and helpful salesman. The Manager was also friendly and helpful as was Eduardo. The process went smoothly. More

INCREDIBLE The experience that I had at this dealership is beyond words. I have never bought a car before, so I had no idea what to expect and after an awful exp The experience that I had at this dealership is beyond words. I have never bought a car before, so I had no idea what to expect and after an awful experience at a different dealership, I was not sure what was coming. But this staff was absolutely amazing! I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla TODAY. My credit wasn't stellar and I didn't qualify for many of the incentives, but the sales associate, Guy, went above and beyond to make sure that I was in the best car for me that I could afford. When I went in today, on a Saturday, I was fully anticipating not leaving with a car for about a week with a high interest rate. I was told that I could leave TODAY through some miracle of insurance and financing. I left for awhile while the car was being washed and prepared and when I came back, I was told by Tony in finance that he had managed to get me an absolutely INCREDIBLE interest rate. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing and I will forever be referring people back to this dealership and they have gained a customer for life. More
