A very easy place to do business, staffed with nice people. First off I LOVE my new Tundra!! Second the Internet, sales, and finance staff made the transaction incredibly simple with no unnecessary pressure. First off I LOVE my new Tundra!! Second the Internet, sales, and finance staff made the transaction incredibly simple with no unnecessary pressure. It's not easy dropping over 30K for a vehicle, it's not an easy thing to do, but these people made me feel right at home and kept me at ease during my indecisiveness. The vehicle was delivered as promised with no hidden or additional costs (which I have experienced before elsewhere) everything was put right in front of me and explained thoroughly. Dave my salesman knew the vehicle in and out, and Eduardo made the financial end painless. Dakota was quick to respond to my requests and courteously followed up after each communication. Mike was ready with numbers that no other dealership could touch, as well as patient with my multitude of questions. At the end of it all Richard made sure I was 100% satisfied before I walked out the door with keys in hand. It's worth the trip to Hartford. Thank you all. Al More

New Car "Blues" We are not used to new vehicles. Once we own a car/truck, we drive it for at least 15 years! It is very hard to let go of that favored vehicle. But We are not used to new vehicles. Once we own a car/truck, we drive it for at least 15 years! It is very hard to let go of that favored vehicle. But, with the price of gas and a long drive to work, it was now time to get a better gas vehicle car. My husband wanted a hybrid vehicle. I wanted to downsize to a Crossover SUV. With lots of research done, and a recommendation from our daughter, we headed to Hartford Toyota to look at their RAV4 Crossover Hybrid. Michael Parsons was the sales representative that was selected to help us. Michael answered all our questions, took us on a test drive, and did encourage us to look at other cars to compare them with the RAV4. We left and continued to research cars, and look at options. The Toyota RAV4 Crossover Hybrid was still coming up as the best choice. One problem. My current car is red. I wanted red for the color of my new car. The RAV4 Crossover Hybrid does not come in red. I did not want a white, black, gray, or silver car. The only other option was a "bluish" color. I guess we would go for that. Michael went and got the car from another dealership in the state. He got everything together for us! Tony Mumtaz did the financing part of the arrangement and shared his knowledge about Hybrid cars! Yes, I have a new car that drives like a dream but I do have the new car "blues", instead of a red car! More

Dakota informed us about two models t After working with Dakota via Internet Sales, we arrived on Saturday to purchase a brand new 2017 Toyota Prius. Dakota informed us about two models that met our requirements. After talking a while with Dave, the Prius guru, we purchased a new vehicle. As we were completing the paperwork, we were comfortable enough to discuss our desire to purchase a used Prius for our two younger drivers to drive. Dave located a 2013 Prius that had what we needed and we returned two days later to make a second purchase. Though buying a car can be a very stressful experience, Toyota Hartford did a fine job at reducing the stress enough for the experience to end in joy. More
