Great, non-stressful experience!! I have always been a Honda owner, but when a friend introduced me to her 2017 Prius Prime, I had to investigate it for myself. I showed up at the Hartford Toyota Superstore, mid afternoon of Memorial Day. I was met by Gabe and things went smoothly from there. He was informative about the car, answered all of my questions and provided good advice. I never felt that this was a hard sell. After the test drive, I was converted to this car. They gave me a great deal on my 2010 CRV and the Memorial Day sale was also a great deal. I wanted a different color than was available on the lot, and Marc and Gabe found one for me, and I picked up my car 2 days later. The whole experience from Gabe through Marc was very pleasant, and I will certainly recommend them to my friends. 5 stars for Gabe and the whole experience. More
