TK was superb! TK was helpful in providing or finding answers to all our questions. He was not at all pushy. TK explained all the features of our RAV4 in detail and TK was helpful in providing or finding answers to all our questions. He was not at all pushy. The business person we met with was also relaxed in giving us information to make our decision about the maintenance contract.
