Friendly, efficient, and helpful I got in touch with Hartford Toyota by texting the number on their website. This connected me to "Internet Mike," who is the internet sales manager. I I got in touch with Hartford Toyota by texting the number on their website. This connected me to "Internet Mike," who is the internet sales manager. I asked Mike for a quote on a particular vehicle and he responded with a very fair number. After some easy and pleasant negotiation, we settled on a price that worked for both of us. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase I met Mike, who introduced me to Charles Johnson - the salesman who would help me with the transaction itself. Charles was incredibly nice and very helpful and accommodating. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Charles did an excellent job explaining all of the functions of the vehicle to me. I drove my new vehicle home after a refreshingly quick transaction and I would highly recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone looking to buy a great car from honest people at a good price. More

Every employee I encountered too Hartford Toyota was by far the best dealership I worked with when looking for a new vehicle - and I did my research! Every employee I encountered took the time I needed and got me answers to my questions - never once pressuring me for a sale but always willing to assist with more information - btw their products and service are simply superior! These gentlemen would settle for nothing less than exactly what I wanted and got me that car within 24 hours :-) Definitely ask for Henry or Internet Mike!! More
