Tony was super passionate explaining what makes the vehicle so unique, something I really appreciated. We decided to move forward with the vehicle that same day and they bought out our old lease, which made things a lot easier. More

Just listening to what I wanted and coming up with the perfect solution. I usually hate buying a car. What with the "theater" of "Let me ask my sales manager about that" and the mind-games that go on, I used to approach car buying with trepidation. I didn't get that from Guy and Chip and I highly recommend them and all of Hartford Toyota. In addition to making the purchasing of a car a civilized experience, Chip and the entire service department have always done everything to keep my cars running in tip-top shape. I believe it's the reason I'm comfortable passing my 2009 Camry down to my son. Thanks, Guy, Chip and Hartford Toyota. More

Third lease I've purchased from Gaetano! When I knew the end of my lease was coming, I started weighing my options and looking at a couple new makes and models to replace my current SUV. I wa When I knew the end of my lease was coming, I started weighing my options and looking at a couple new makes and models to replace my current SUV. I wasn't sure which route I was going to take, but I decided to first test drive another RAV with Guy Pagliano, who has sold me my previous 2 leases from Hartford Toyota with a great experience. Ultimately, I felt most comfortable sticking with him for a third time!! I'm happy with my new vehicle, and really happy with the supportive, low-pressure service he gave me. We have a Toyota dealer in our town, but we continue to travel further to come back to Hartford Toyota because of Guy. I think it says a lot about the dealership that a salesman has been around for the long haul. We truly appreciate all Guy has done for us, and always speak highly of him (and Hartford Toyota) when friends or family have been looking into Toyota as an option for their new vehicles. More
