Fabulous sales experience The Hartford Toyota team set a new standard for responsiveness. I registered with a pricing request web site for a Prius Prime Advanced and two (2!!) The Hartford Toyota team set a new standard for responsiveness. I registered with a pricing request web site for a Prius Prime Advanced and two (2!!) minutes later (according to the time stamps on the emails), Dakota Pare contacted me to tell me that Hartford Toyota had the vehicle that I wanted. She followed up with pictures of the vehicle within an hour. About 90 minutes later, I emailed and asked her if she would arrange an appointment that evening to see the vehicle. She was going off duty, but rallied a great team effort to make sure that I could see the car. Half an hour later, I was at the dealership. Jill Bruno met me and handed us off to Muhamed, who took us out in the vehicle. He quickly identified that the vehicle we came in to see was not quite what we wanted and he took us to the storage lot and found a car that was perfect. About an hour later, we had negotiated a deal and arranged to pick up the car at a time convenient for us. The Hartford Toyota approach was absolutely seamless from first contact to sale. I dealt with about six dealerships in this process. Four other dealerships were responsive and helpful, but could not match the efficiency of Hartford Toyota. The remaining dealership was the one that I had contacted first, from whom I had bought a car in the past, but they had trouble telling me what vehicles they had in stock and finally emailed me to tell me that I would need to fund a $500 deposit before they would find me a vehicle. That email was sent on the morning after I had already purchased the car from Hartford Toyota. I am very grateful to Muhamed and Dakota for being so efficient with my time and so flexible to meet my schedule. Plus, they have followed up after the sale to make sure all is well. All in all, a great sales experience. More
