Excellent customer service I just brought home today a vehicle I purchased from Muhamed Efendic at Hartford Toyota. I did do my homework before and researched several dealerships but the reason I went back to Hartford Toyota is this. They have the best variety of cars, the salesperson Muhamed Efendic was just excellent. I went back because of the dealership car options and because of Muhamed's excellent attention to my needs, his honesty, his concern for what I wanted. Muhamed is a very honest and helpful person. I found everyone at Hartford Toyota an excellent group of people and I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Muhamed to everyone. He and Eduardo actually both came in on their day off so that I could pick up my Rav4 on the day that worked best for me. I am disappointed in upper management that they couldn't match the other dealers price in Rhode Island I was willing to spend $700 more with Hartford Toyota just because they are local. Also I wouldn't have to drive an hour and a half but there was a $2,000 difference between dealerships I believe Tina is an asset to your company I believe Tina is a professional salesperson. Great Experience!!! I had gone to Hartford Toyota to see a 2013 RAV4 XLE in white. I really had my heart set on white. I get there only to be told that someone was in the I had gone to Hartford Toyota to see a 2013 RAV4 XLE in white. I really had my heart set on white. I get there only to be told that someone was in the office buying it. I was heartbroken because it was the perfect price compared to other dealerships I had gone to. Guy didn't give up though! A 2014 one was just brought in off lease that morning. It hadn't even gone through the system yet. Though it was a newer year and supposed to be more expensive, they gave me the same price of the car I had gone there to see! Guy worked with me on my budget and really ran around for me. Once I bought the car, he called me daily to let me know how the cleaning wasn't going and to give me updates on when I would be able to pick up my car. It stunk that I had to wait almost a full week, but I knew he was working hard to get it done as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others. I actually already have! Hartford Toyotas entire staff from manager Cody, finance associate Andrew and Dave bend over backwards to meet ALL of our needs. Dave is non pressure, very easy going and truly a very nice man. Our monthly payments were met, with all the equipment we wanted. He took the time to show us everything about the car and invited us to call or come back for any questions. We will not be needing a car for some time, but will recommend Hartford Toyota to our friends and family. Beyond excellent experience. More
