First Time Buyer I'm in the military and was looking to purchase a used car from Toyota and I called and got in contact with Tina, however shortly after that my unit g I'm in the military and was looking to purchase a used car from Toyota and I called and got in contact with Tina, however shortly after that my unit got deployed so i was unable to buy a car. Through out my whole deployment process Tina still kept in contact with me...i guess you could say we became pen pals :). After being state side for a while i decided to come in on 2.19.17 just looking for a little used car that i could use to get around in. With the help of Tony and Gabriel I left the lot completely over joyed with a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla. Terrible service, lack of veracity, no follow up I had MANY issues from the onset of my lease agreement. I was almost killed in December because they said the car was okay "it's just the tires" when I had MANY issues from the onset of my lease agreement. I was almost killed in December because they said the car was okay "it's just the tires" when actually the axle was bent after sitting there for 4 hours and paying them $100. My lease agreement is coming to an end and I've been awaiting a call (they said they were going to call the NEXT day to address the persisting and troubling issues that have occurred over past 3 yrs) and here it is a week later. NO SURPRISE! Awful experience from onset!! More
