Great experience with wonderful staff! I'm about 38 weeks pregnant and ready to deliver any day. I was looking to replace my current vehicle with something bigger but we were not quite yet I'm about 38 weeks pregnant and ready to deliver any day. I was looking to replace my current vehicle with something bigger but we were not quite yet ready for a minivan so we opted for the Highlander. We arrived on Super Bowl Sunday right about an hour before closing. We were greeted in the front as we walked in and began to look at the Highlander. We did not feel pressured by anyone about car purchasing, which was a relief because I really dread that. My husband and I met with Rich McAllister, who was very nice and friendly. He asked us which vehicle we were interested in and what our must haves were and then explained the different levels of the Highlander and what options they featured. Rich pulled up the Highlander that met our requirements and we went for a test drive. He took the time to explain the new technology and safety features of the Highlander. After our test drive, we discussed the lease options available and Rich pulled up the pricing for the three different levels per my request in minutes. Again, no pressure. We were satisfied with the pricing and service provided and decided to complete the paperwork that night to begin the process. My husband and I moved in from out of state a few months ago. Rich shared with us that CT charges a property tax on vehicles which we did not know about, we appreciated this bit of information very much. By this time it was after their closing hours but we were never rushed. My driver's license was not found in the CT DMV system b/c it was fairly new, but Andrew Lombardo greeted us and said that he would be headed down to DMV to take care of things the next morning. The next day, everything was ready. They also called my Insurance Agent to make sure things were in place. They were on top of things. Dave Goduti came to pick me up from my residence to drive me back to the dealership. What a great service! Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me. I should also mention that I changed my mind overnight about the annual mileage on the lease and it was taken care of by Andrew. The car was clean and ready for me. I was introduced to the General Manager as well. Dave also took his time to review the features of my new car with me before I left in my beautiful new Highlander. My experience at Hartford Toyota was wonderful and pleasant! I was actually referred to this dealership through a friend who purchased a Sienna a month earlier. It was a stress free experience which I am truly grateful for. There was great communication and transparency throughout the process. I was impressed with their entire staff - they were all friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with each of the people I met during the process. They were very accommodating, took the time to explain things and I felt like I was their top priority. I highly recommend Hartford Toyota if you're in the market for a new car or lease! More

great dealership i just love the staff at hartford toyota. getting a new car can be very stressful when you don't know the ins and outs. henry was my salesperson and i i just love the staff at hartford toyota. getting a new car can be very stressful when you don't know the ins and outs. henry was my salesperson and i was so glad he was patient and kind with me and my family. he took the time to teach me the new technology on the car. Outstanting experience I put out on the internet that I was in the market for a new Toyota Corolla and with in ten minutes Hartford Toyota responded and invited me to their I put out on the internet that I was in the market for a new Toyota Corolla and with in ten minutes Hartford Toyota responded and invited me to their new super store. I was impressed with the volume of there inventory and the sales staff. They explained everything to me on the procedures on puncturing a new car. We had a great time and enjoyed working with all the employees. So I bought a Toyota Corolla 50th Anniversary model for a great price and for a great car I would definitely come back to this dealer and recommend them to by friends. More

At one point I kept changing my mind about the specific features I wanted and he did not hesitate to find that vehicle for me even if it meant walking back and forth, inside to outside to make sure I received what I was looking for.
