Excellent experience overall. My experience in this dealership was great. The atmosphere is nice and open and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My particular salesman Charles Johnson was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and willing to show me all my options. At one point I kept changing my mind about the specific features I wanted and he did not hesitate to find that vehicle for me even if it meant walking back and forth, inside to outside to make sure I received what I was looking for. Love this dealership, will come again. More

I was not feeling well during the negotiations process, TK was very understanding, kind and patient with me . He was working with my partner we got the best deal possible. It is a very outstanding vehicle and so much to learn about it, TK knowledge of the Highlander is fascinating, it really encourage you to want to know more and not regretting the money time and effort you spent at Hartford Toyota Superstore We are also please with his continuous support, he check in to see how we were doing. They wanted to make sure I was so pleased they even mailed me my floor mats for my truck and said they would try to get new a good deal on a tunnel cover for my truck. They kept me very close to the budget I wanted to be in only 27$ higher than I wanted to be! Very patient and not pushy in the least. More
