I did a lot of research about what I wanted, and talked to several dealers. I identified a vehicle at Hartford Toyota that met my needs and initiated an inquiry with the Internet Team. Dakota and Jill were incredible to deal with - I had a transparent price negotiation and got a very fair price, completely via email. They made the actual "buy" process very easy - I came in one time to deliver payment, sign paperwork and test drive the vehicle (30-45 minutes start to finish). The next day the car was delivered to my home, fully registered by Luis, who spent a significant amount of time walking me through the features of my new 4Runner. I also dealt with Gaetano, who was great and incredibly knowledgeable about the specific vehicles I was looking at (Tacoma and 4 Runner), as well as the inventory availability of different trims/options/ colors for each. In addition, the receptionist (Darlene) was excellent - friendly, and knowledgeable; you get a very good "vibe" the minute you walk in the door. My entire experience couldn't have been better and was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More
