There was no pressure to make a decision within 5 minutes as is the case with other dealerships. He explained the process relating to the leasing of the vehicle that we were interested in and he answered all of our questions TRUTHFULLY. A really nice touch was when I picked up the car, it was a rainy day and Muhamed had the car inside and all cleaned up and ready to drive out. He answered all of my questions and made the buying experience a little less traumatic. Second of all, and this was not Muhamed's doing, but I feel like I would have received more for my trade in. I had a near perfect 2000 Honda Civic in beautiful condition and very well maintained and only got $500 as a trade in amount. Also, you were not budging from the asking sale price. I thought that you would at least come down about $500. I feel like I was charged about $1,000 more than I had to. The only reason I relented is that I really wanted that car, but I was very close to walking out before the actual purchase. More
