All around Awesome! I was one of the "Lucky individuals" caught up in the VW diesel scandal and my vehicle was being bought back by VW. In my relentless internet searchin I was one of the "Lucky individuals" caught up in the VW diesel scandal and my vehicle was being bought back by VW. In my relentless internet searching for a new vehicle and visits to 5 different dealerships Hartford Toyota was the only one that was extremely helpful. They did not pressure me or try to get me into a model/trim level that I did not want. They were very patient with my deal because I had to wait for VW to buy back my TDI. Keep in mind I started with Hartford Toyota in late October and didn't finalize the deal until mid December. The hold up was on VW's side not Hartford Toyota. I would highly recommend the sales team that I worked with they were professional and keeping in communication was easy. I would also recommend anyone leaving VW to definitely check out Hartford Toyota I believe they can truly meet your needs. I will definitely buy again in the future from Hartford Toyota! More

After much discussing what our options were we chose to sleep on our decision and wound up coming back two days later. When we came back Adam was not in and Jeanette Garcia offered to step in for Adam. We then had the pleasure of working with Tony Mumtaz who was so helpful and listened to what we wanted. We want to thank the whole staff for their team effort and patience. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. P.S. The hot chocolate was amazing as well!!! More
