He was pleasant and forthcoming with any information I requested. I went for a test drive in 3 vehicles, 2 gas-powered Highlanders and 1 Hybrid which is the one I chose. Adam was very thorough in explaining the equipment on these vehicles. He was very patient and kind all through the process. I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Hartford Toyota. This is the second Toyota Highlander Hybrid I purchased at this dealership. I went to the dealership with the intention of leasing a car because I thought the monthly payment would be cheaper, but after discussing the different payments type with Mr. Johnson he helped me to realized that financing an inexpensive car was better for my budget, since they were offering a 0% interest as opposed to leasing it. I was very excited!!! Not only did Charles helped me make a great decision on financing this car, he also went above and beyond to locate the vehicle I wanted and the turn around time was quick. In 2 business days my car was ready to be picked up. Thanks to Charles and Tony I drove my 2017 camry home the day before thanksgiving. This is my second purchase from Hartford Toyota and I would recommend them again and again!!!! More
