She was incredibly responsive to my request to make an appointment to test drive a particular car. She was also very helpful in answering new car quote questions. I met Dave for a 9:15 am test drive and fell in love with the car. Dave gave us individualized and focused attention. He helped keep everything on track throughout our visit so that we could drive off the lot with a same day purchase. He was very attentive to details and ensured our car was properly car cleaned, washed, and polished. Dave stayed with us the entire time, helped hook up our phone via Bluetooth, and performed a voice activated phone call. Andrew helped expedite the paperwork with his high tech Docupad (Hawaii 50 technology) that made the financial paperwork seem more organized, fun, and less painful.
