Excellent Customer service I just recently bought my second car from the same dealer. I bought my first car 8 years ago and I have been going back for service regularly to this dealer. They always provided satisfaction with any issues and concerns. I met Gabriel Ortiz who used to be in service before and always gave me excellent customer service with his polite smile. I went back to Hartford Toyota to buy my second car because of Gabriel who now works in sales. I needed a trusted person and Gabriel was right match for that. He was honest and didn't try to over sell me any products I didn't need. I will highly recommend Gabriel to all my friends and family. More

Wonderful Experience! I purchased a preowned 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealership and I've had the car for about 2 months now. Adam Foley (sales) and Tony Mumtaz (finance I purchased a preowned 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealership and I've had the car for about 2 months now. Adam Foley (sales) and Tony Mumtaz (finance) helped me through my purchase and made the whole experience extremely easy and smooth. I came into the dealership with the intent of looking at that particular car, and it was in wonderful shape! I asked as many questions as I could think of regarding the car and purchasing it, and Adam was able to answer all my questions with ease. I definitely liked the car at first, but Adam really helped shape my decision to purchase it! I received some follow up calls and emails after the visit. When I went to purchase the car, Tony got me a great rate and explained the financing and warranty very clearly. I feel like I was taken care of so well, and that I am definitely getting my moneys worth and more. I also just brought my car in for an oil change and maintenance. The service department was great and very efficient. On top of that, I even got a follow up call from Adam just checking to see that everything was working out great. It's great to feel stress-free about my car for the next couple of years, and that I have a dealership I can rely on in case I run into any problems. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! More
