Michael and Lui both couldn't have been more understanding and supportive after having changed my mind 3 times, and I always felt his willingness to work with me. I was also very appreciative of Lui's efficiency and thoroughness in completing all the final details with the purchase of my Prius, and sincere offer of any future assistance that I might need.
