Easy and Excellent Buying Experience I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I took it on Saturday). Luis Gonzalez was my sales person. He was really good, calm and patiently shown all the available vehicles, explained all the features, he always considered my opinion and cared. Richard McAllister Jr/Jim Webster offered good deal and trade in value, which made me to finalize the purchase. Marc and Tony were also very helpful in my buying process. I was also happy with your dealership's lifetime powertrain warranty. My wife was happy with the deal (she's the boss) and so was I. We love the vehicle. Then Tony was extremely helpful in getting me the very best possible interest rate for my loan through Bank of America, which was a great benefit from my excellent credit rating. Then, I have dealt with Carl and Grant in the service area and they have been terrific as well.
