Wow!!! So this is my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I knew Hartford Totota had a good reputation, as my mother has worked with them in So this is my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I knew Hartford Totota had a good reputation, as my mother has worked with them in the past and also I have a coworker who previously was employed by them and gave me the inside scoop. I had been researching SUVs for a couple of months prior and was keeping my eye on two particular vehicles they had in their inventory. On my first visit, I met Adam Foley who greeted me with a level of respect which I appreciated. We talked about my interests, my financial situation, and the buying process in general. I took a test drive with him and his level of knowledge concerning all makes of vehicles and genuine honesty had truly impressed. Now here's where they earned a customer for life...My credit situation isn't horrible, I just don't have any, which can be just as bad. There was about a 10K difference between the two vehicles and On my second visit I was basically approved to purchase it. That would have meant a bigger payday for the dealership. Instead of pushing me to sign, Adam took a timeout to explain how the financial aspect works and after taking a few days considering the details, I concluded that opting for my second choice was the smarter play. So on my final visit (signing/pick-up day) I had one last obstacle to hurdle. I needed a copy of my insurance. Adam took a 1 1/2 round trip drive with me to go and pick it up!!! Who else does that. I visited 4 other dealerships during this whole process and none came close to the level of class Hartford Toyota has and it's because they have guys like Adam on their staff. It's two months later now and I am one happy man. I drive a beautiful 4X4, have a easy payment, and am building my credit exponentially in the meantime. Definitely go to Hartford Toyota and MAKE SURE to ask for Adam. More

First time buyer I have visited a lot of dealerships before I came to Toyota of Hartford and all of them had the same thing in common.. They we're all arrogant and suf I have visited a lot of dealerships before I came to Toyota of Hartford and all of them had the same thing in common.. They we're all arrogant and suffocating. All of them wanted to close a deal and just take my money, none of them actually listened to me. But when I came to Toyota of Hartford I new I was in the best of hands the second I met Adam Foley. He listened to what I was looking for and made sure I kept in my price range. There was no rush to close the deal that day however, with the way I was treated by Adam and Marc I was able to decide on a brand new 2016 RAV4 with full trust in both of them. Thanks to Adam I will be a Toyota customer for ever. I have already recommended both Toyota of Hartford and Adam to all of my family and friends. More

In fact I was thinking to buy the 2015 Red XSE model right away if they were cooperative and knew how to handle clients. Folks don't go to this place - there are many other places with individuals eager to help you in much better way. The individual I was dealing with never told his name.. neither was in any uniform. The benefit was watching the obviously un-busy sales team (read: loud, lewd, old frat bros) loudly do nothing for an hour. When at long last I got to speak to Marc in finance, I was overjoyed to hear just how much better he thought his ideas were than mine. As an educated young woman, I love when old men tell me what I REALLY want to do! He was patronizing for the entire interaction, and was pushy, stubborn, and after a sale. Every negative stereotype about sales people is truly embodied by Marc. I love the service team here. They make this place worth it. But sales and finance have a lot of room to improve. More
