From my first contact with Michael on the phone I was treated with nothing but honesty, gave me the info I needed and the bottom line with no run around and he made me feel confident enough to drive over 2 hours to buy a Pre-Owned SUV from them. My sales associate Henry was amazing! Very knowledgeable even though I asked 1000 (ok probably 1012) questions. No pressure. The sales manager Jim gave an honest appraisal of my trade, no gimmicks, no games. These guys are true gentleman. Every step of the process was simple. And easy? At a car dealership?! They even had basketball & soccer to entertain my antsy 5 year old while I took car of the paper work. Don't hesitate to give them a try. You won't be sorry. I could not be happier and I told my sales associate repeatedly how thankful I was for such a wonderful experience! More

Wow!!! So this is my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I knew Hartford Totota had a good reputation, as my mother has worked with them in So this is my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I knew Hartford Totota had a good reputation, as my mother has worked with them in the past and also I have a coworker who previously was employed by them and gave me the inside scoop. I had been researching SUVs for a couple of months prior and was keeping my eye on two particular vehicles they had in their inventory. On my first visit, I met Adam Foley who greeted me with a level of respect which I appreciated. We talked about my interests, my financial situation, and the buying process in general. I took a test drive with him and his level of knowledge concerning all makes of vehicles and genuine honesty had truly impressed. Now here's where they earned a customer for life...My credit situation isn't horrible, I just don't have any, which can be just as bad. There was about a 10K difference between the two vehicles and On my second visit I was basically approved to purchase it. That would have meant a bigger payday for the dealership. Instead of pushing me to sign, Adam took a timeout to explain how the financial aspect works and after taking a few days considering the details, I concluded that opting for my second choice was the smarter play. So on my final visit (signing/pick-up day) I had one last obstacle to hurdle. I needed a copy of my insurance. Adam took a 1 1/2 round trip drive with me to go and pick it up!!! Who else does that. I visited 4 other dealerships during this whole process and none came close to the level of class Hartford Toyota has and it's because they have guys like Adam on their staff. It's two months later now and I am one happy man. I drive a beautiful 4X4, have a easy payment, and am building my credit exponentially in the meantime. Definitely go to Hartford Toyota and MAKE SURE to ask for Adam. More
Used to go for service. Now I go to buy. I've been going to Hartford Toyota to have my 2007 Tundra serviced for a while. Just recently I made a great deal, trading in the Tundra for a 2016 Ta I've been going to Hartford Toyota to have my 2007 Tundra serviced for a while. Just recently I made a great deal, trading in the Tundra for a 2016 Tacoma/lease. Very easy dealing with Dave Goduit in this matter. And I'm very confident they'll be the first place I go next time around. More

Excellent Service! Walked in To Hartford Toyota Superstore on a Sunday afternoon, after having a terrible experience the previous week at another Toyota dealership, and Walked in To Hartford Toyota Superstore on a Sunday afternoon, after having a terrible experience the previous week at another Toyota dealership, and was acknowledged immediately by the receptionist. Lui Gillen was my sales and leasing consultant, he listened to exactly what I wanted, showed me a few vehicles on the lot and then he had the Manager check other dealerships. Within 10 minutes found my vehicle and we put the deal together. Monday morning Lui confirmed again the vehicle would be transferred to Hartford and everything was put in place. I am so pleased with Lui and everyone at Hartford Toyota, this is my second lease with them and I won't make the mistake of going to another dealership again. Thank you for such a great experience from walking into the dealership to sales to finance to delivery. More

My salesperson Luis Martinez was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I was a little overwhelmed at first having just been involved in a motor vehicle accident the week before. The thought of all the paperwork to close out the existing loan and applying for another was daunting. But thanks to Luis and Tony, it was went smoothly. Andrew even assisted in getting the loan payments to where I needed them to be. It was a complete joint effort. I would definitely go back again. Maybe next for a brand new car! First time buyer I have visited a lot of dealerships before I came to Toyota of Hartford and all of them had the same thing in common.. They we're all arrogant and suf I have visited a lot of dealerships before I came to Toyota of Hartford and all of them had the same thing in common.. They we're all arrogant and suffocating. All of them wanted to close a deal and just take my money, none of them actually listened to me. But when I came to Toyota of Hartford I new I was in the best of hands the second I met Adam Foley. He listened to what I was looking for and made sure I kept in my price range. There was no rush to close the deal that day however, with the way I was treated by Adam and Marc I was able to decide on a brand new 2016 RAV4 with full trust in both of them. Thanks to Adam I will be a Toyota customer for ever. I have already recommended both Toyota of Hartford and Adam to all of my family and friends. More
