2011 Jeep Liberty I was in market for used lower mileage car for my daughter. Found what I was looking for here. Dave was very accommodating without a lot of pressure. I couldn't accommodate a day for pick-up because I had an issue getting a ride to dealership. Dave came out and picked me up! Was a bit disappointed as the car would not start the very next day after pick up, but again Dave sent someone out and they put in a brand new battery and we were on our way within a few hours. He went out of his way to may my purchase experience at Hartford Toyota a good one. More

The sales person said that his manager does not want to not to disclose prices without test drive. Never ever going back. In fact I was thinking to buy the 2015 Red XSE model right away if they were cooperative and knew how to handle clients. Folks don't go to this place - there are many other places with individuals eager to help you in much better way. The individual I was dealing with never told his name.. neither was in any uniform. He was introduced by the receptionist. More

Another great car! A few days after I picked up my Rav4, my husband thought how nice it would be to trade in his truck for an updated one with push-button start, navigat A few days after I picked up my Rav4, my husband thought how nice it would be to trade in his truck for an updated one with push-button start, navigation, backup camera, Bluetooth, etc. So there he went, back to Harford Toyota to take a look and to talk with Luis Gonzalez. When he returned home and I asked if he saw anything he liked, he suggested I come and take a look in our driveway. There sat a shiny, new Tacoma with lots of bells and whistles. This test drive was going to last longer than the previous vehicle we purchased! After I got off work, I also test drove it - very nice ride! When we returned it to the dealership - again Luis answered all of our questions before we decided on purchasing our 2nd vehicle in 2 weeks. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating to our needs. And once again, Luis' friendly demeanor made our purchase that much more enjoyable! Nice kid, very pleasant and hardworking! The benefit was watching the obviously un-busy sales team (read: loud, lewd, old frat bros) loudly do nothing for an hour. When at long last I got to speak to Marc in finance, I was overjoyed to hear just how much better he thought his ideas were than mine. As an educated young woman, I love when old men tell me what I REALLY want to do! He was patronizing for the entire interaction, and was pushy, stubborn, and after a sale. Every negative stereotype about sales people is truly embodied by Marc. I love the service team here. They make this place worth it. But sales and finance have a lot of room to improve. More

Easy and accommodating car-buying experience I did a lot of research up front and knew both the model I wanted and what I felt I needed to really check out on the vehicle. Adam was very pleasant, I did a lot of research up front and knew both the model I wanted and what I felt I needed to really check out on the vehicle. Adam was very pleasant, low pressure, and allowed me to take the vehicle I wound up purchasing for a long drive by myself, after driving another one with him first. Their initial offer was very reasonable both on my trade and the new truck, so basically a haggle-free deal. Everyone was pleasant and it's a very "low stress" place to buy a car. I'd definitely go back, although I plan to keep this one a long time! More
