I think I got a good deal with an awesome warranty and all of the staff I dealt with at Hartford Toyota were top notch! I already know I will be shopping for my next car there in a few years! More

I was looking for a newer vehicle, but also a better deal than I got with my last car purchas I came in to the dealership just to consider my options. He was informative, answered all my questions, and was patient as I weighed my options. He was understanding of my auto and financial needs and was able to get me into a brand new Toyota Corolla, within my budget! I felt no pressure, throughout the transaction. Excellent, low pressure transaction! I dealt with Henry Montgomery- personable without the "car salesperson" pressure. Most pleasing was the lack of the drawn-out, high pressure time of the bidding/pricing- the Dealership proved to be flexible - I was not going to trade in my current car (MINI) but Hartford Toyota offered a trade-in value very close to CarMax and relieved me of having multiple vehicles and returning to CarMax. While Henry could not be at the store the next day when I picked up the Tacoma, Guy was great with setting up the techs and paperwork ! Thanks Hartford Toyota! More

I was skeptical because I have never ever leased a vehicle & it was brand new. But Andrew & Lui mad me feel right at ease. Andrew helped with the transition which went quite smoothly. I was nervous enough, but then Lui showed me everything in the vehicle & how to use it. They both made me feel like part of the Toyota family. Then after talking with Marc in finance I knew that I can do this. Hartford Toyota Superstore is the best. And now I'm driving a brand new 2016 RAV4 LE. And I'm smiling from ear to ear every time i get in the car. So if your driving around looking for a reputable Toyota dealer, you needn't look any further than in Hartford. Now I know why they have such high ratings. Don't waste your gas driving around for a dealer. Just go right to Hartford Toyota.......you'll never go wrong. After my lease is up, I'll be back for my 4th Toyota. More
