Phone calls I signed up to speak with salespeople from several dealerships on the Edmunds website. Tina from Hartford Toyota called me promptly. She was very personable, helpful, called me several more times,and sent information by e-mail. We live a distance from Hartford, and ultimately decided to purchase a car from a different dealership because of the distance. But if Tina had been at a closer dealership, we would have definitely been very happy to work with her. More

Misled and lied to I went in to co sign for my son. While signing paperwork I noticed my name was first. I pointed out to financial person and said my son is buying the I went in to co sign for my son. While signing paperwork I noticed my name was first. I pointed out to financial person and said my son is buying the car and I am only cosigning. He said yes it was going in my sons name. Come to find out that I bought car, I get all billing. When I called and questioned they said they put in my name because my son could get lower interest rate. The financial person totally misled me and lied to my face regarding the sale. I tried calling after 1 st statement and no one answered phone at dealership after 4 calls. When I did get through the supervising manager that day avoided my call and they picked up phone and kept putting me into an Internet salespersons voice mail. I am disgusted over the situation and will be filing complaint. More

Their service was extremely quick and they went out of their way, to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, down to the color. I was in the market for a RAV4 and my salesman Dave Goduti helped me through the process of deciding what model and year to purchase for my needs. He was both honest & charming! It was a very smooth deal. No pressure, just information. This is the 2nd car we bought at Harford Toyota. the 1st was a new Rav 4 which my wife loves. the next was a used 2012 Camry xle with very low mileage This is the 2nd car we bought at Harford Toyota. the 1st was a new Rav 4 which my wife loves. the next was a used 2012 Camry xle with very low mileage. Luis Martinez took his time explaining everything the car has. this car is loaded so he had a lot to show me. This dealership seems to take the time to make sure there sales people know the cars inside and out. It's nice to see your questions answered correctly and not guessed at. The tires that were on the care were new but they were winter tires. I hadn't noticed it when I bought the car. I called Luis and told him I didn't want these tires he worked with me and his sales manager and they resolved the problem to keep me happy. Very comforting to know they recognize good customer service creates loyal customers. More

It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Lilia was really patient, knowledgeable and efficient in every detail of the sales process.
