It was a great experience. I'd just like to say that my recent experience purchasing a RAV4 2016 from Lilia Browne was a pleasure. It was by far the best car buying experience I'd just like to say that my recent experience purchasing a RAV4 2016 from Lilia Browne was a pleasure. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Lilia was really patient, knowledgeable and efficient in every detail of the sales process. Even thought, we stayed so late at night after closing, I got my car the same day. I can possibly say enough good things about Lilia, so I'll just finish by saying that I'll definitely be referring others toyota buyers to Lilia Browne and Toyota Hartford. More

I love these guys ! My 2012 Yaris was a total loss after a hit and run last month, and I was still dealing with the insurance companies and Toyota financial - I had spoke My 2012 Yaris was a total loss after a hit and run last month, and I was still dealing with the insurance companies and Toyota financial - I had spoken to Luis Plaza whom I have the pleasure of known for almost 4 years now, and he said just come on over he will get everything set up for me. I arrived and took a look around, saw some choices - I have always wanted a RAV4 but was always settled for smaller cars, so this time Hartford Toyota made it happen for me. I was shown a 2016 RAV4 in the lot, and immediately said this is for me. Gabriel even set up my phone for me during the test drive so it was awesome. I will have to get used to sitting up high ! The finance department noticed a discrepancy with toyota financial and they were able to resolve that right away for me and made the deal happen. I dont have his name, but the finance guy pointed out the discrepancy, and explained to me in detail how it was fixed to my benefit. This is my families forth vehicle through Hartford Toyota, and would recommend them to anyone. More

I did a lot of research and knew what I should expect to pay for exactly what I wanted and what I should get for a trade in on my old truck. The did above average on both ends with their offer so I took it immediately. The dealer called me several times to update me on my order and let me know the latest on when to expect my truck delivery. The pickup and payoff process went extremely smooth and they delivered on everything they promised. The salesman I was dealing with and he did a great job on both the front and back end of the transaction. . More
