Listen, on the whole I will say that I previously have had, and just did have some mixed experiences with sales and management at this brach of Toyota, but that is what you get anywhere at the new-car dealer-level. But Guy was a Pro. The best way I can explain my experience, is that Guy allowed us to sell ourselves on the car. He inserted his opinion when he knew it would be helpful, and it was. He refrained from interjecting when he knew it would be best to keep quiet, and it was. Here's the thing too, he listened to us. He listened to the particulars of our family dynamic and explained features and benefits of different options in the context that would meet our specific needs. He never talked down to us, and he never assumed what we did or did not know. Guy knew the Toyota product inside-and-out and represented the brand with class and professionalism. Unlike other colleagues at this branch, Guy did not play games. The amount of sales-games played at dealers these days is just silly. But Guy was always trustworthy. Go buy a car from Guy. Hill, the car salesman, provided me with an excellent shopping exp I visited Hartford Toyota on March 23 with the intention of buying a new car. J.J. Hill, the car salesman, provided me with an excellent shopping experience. I had shopped at another Toyota dealer previously, but Hartford Toyota was able to give me the best price for a 2016 Toyota Camry LE. J.J. Hill made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice of color which was silver gray. He also helped me set up a bluetooth connection with my smartphone, and spent much time showing me how various features work, i.e., power seats, radio, trunk lever, etc. Furthermore, J.J. went above and beyond, by taking my phone call and assisting me when I had trouble opening the glove box. On another occasion J.J. took my phone call and walked me through unlocking the ignition key in the steering wheel column. Thanks to J.J.'s superior service, my overall car buying experience was outstanding. More

After Mom selected the car she wanted to buy, Tony Mumtaz helped her make it happen at a price she could afford, plus more peace-of-mind with 5 years of cost free maintenance and a lifetime power train warranty.
