Hartford Toyota Fixed my Tacoma! Fantastic Car Buying Experience I originally came to this dealership to get my Yaris looked it after my move up here to Hartford. It's been very good to me but I'd been considering u I originally came to this dealership to get my Yaris looked it after my move up here to Hartford. It's been very good to me but I'd been considering upgrading for some time. So I decided to get in touch with the sales team at Hartford Toyota to arrange to look at some other vehicles while my car was being checked out. The dealership hooked me up with Luis Gillen who was a very personable guy who took my input as to what I wanted and pretty much nailed it on the first try. He put me into a silver scion iA that was packed with features and had an amazing price point of under 17k. After a test drive I was pretty much sold and I put down my down payment but couldn't take the car home until I switched over my license to CT so the car could be registered in CT. They also didn't charge me for servicing my Yaris! I ended up coming back on Tuesday. Luis picked me up from my apartment in downtown Hartford so I didn't need to make other arrangements. They got the car cleaned up and ready to take, Luis went over all the features with me and helped me set up the Bluetooth feature with my phone. After all that I sat down with Tony Mumtaz who had pulled some strings to knock some money off the price (due to my military background, all they needed was my dd214), as well as get me an amazing loan even with my below average credit. I can't recommend this dealership or it's employees enough, it's a great car buying experience and as long as I'm in the area I will be coming here for service and any Toyota vehicles I purchase in the future. More
