Buyer beware I purchased a used Lexus a little over 3 months ago. I never even negotiated the price. Unfortunately I had originally given a positive review but af I purchased a used Lexus a little over 3 months ago. I never even negotiated the price. Unfortunately I had originally given a positive review but after I took it to get oil change I found out that they never checked the basic working order of the vehicle. I never received any floor mats, tires with barely any tread on them, breaks that need to be replaced and an air filter that looks like it had never been changed-ever. This was the 3rd vehicle my family had bought from this dealer, when I questioned if anything had been checked before I drove it off the lot I was told it was perfect and this must have occurred while I owned the vehicle. When I questioned why there were no floor mats when I picked up the vehicle they said that was an upgrade from Lexus.... Really.? Bottom line---- if you know little about vehicles this is not the dealership to go to. I have already dropped over 1,000.00 on basic things that should have been addressed by this place. All the sales person "Dave" could say was. "I'm sorry you feel that way". Hey Dave, would you have allowed this car to have been sold to your daughter like you sold it to me??? More

I decided I would pay a visit to the dealership, the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist.
