A great experience for my family and I. My wife, son and I walked in at 7:17pm last night to Hartford Toyota Superstore when they closed at 8pm and it seemed like they would stay as long as My wife, son and I walked in at 7:17pm last night to Hartford Toyota Superstore when they closed at 8pm and it seemed like they would stay as long as I needed to decide on what car I wanted. Henry Montgomery was a terrific sales rep. Awesome service was given to us by him , and did whatever he can to meet our needs. Management also assisted us as well as finance. Unbelievable team that took care of us. Also I have to say that there was one more gentleman that kept my son occupied and played basketball with him and gave my son great advice and that went far with us when making our decision. You guys are great. I would recommend you guys anytime. Thank you. More

Awesome I did two visits and several online searches before I actually went in just to see what I wanted. From the time I walked in the front door the recepti I did two visits and several online searches before I actually went in just to see what I wanted. From the time I walked in the front door the receptionist and salesman was friendly. And that goes along way so I stayed. Dave was Awesome with the information as to what I wanted. I was treated with respect not like someone just wanted to make a sale and hurry me along. Great job Dave Goduti the next time I'm in search for a Toyota I hope you're still there. More

Amazing customer service, Cody was excellent! I went to the dealer to buy my first new car, Cody Gill was very friendly and patient with me. Cody made me feel very comfortable and showed me different models of RAV4 and I found what package I wanted most. They never made me feel pressured of pushed, they were very honest and sat me through the whole car buying experience. When it came to me financing my car Tony was excellent answering all my questions and giving me the most information in everything he explained to me. Quiet Honestly if it wasn't for sales person J.J. hill I would have not leased my second car he was honest, polite and he gave knowledgeable overview and then showed and explained in full details of leasing another car of my choice, he patiently answered all of my questions and worked really hard into getting me the best deal that was right for me. Guy is THE GUY!!! Excellent customer service and knowledge of product We went to the Dealer to buy new Highlander. Dave Goduti showed us the Platinum model we were interested in purchasing. He gave a knowledgeable over We went to the Dealer to buy new Highlander. Dave Goduti showed us the Platinum model we were interested in purchasing. He gave a knowledgeable overview and then showed and explained all of the car's features. He explained the model levels (I.e.) XL, XL Limited and Platinum to help us understand the best choice for us. We decided on the Platinum and Dave placed the order including the special paint and some accessories. Marc spoke to us about financing through Toyota and we decided to finance the balance, after giving a down payment, through Toyota. He gave us a very good interest rate. We also purchased the extended warranty. Upon returning less than a month later, Dave gave us another extensive review of all our Highlander's features, patiently answering all our questions. Finally, we met Andrew who reviewed our experience at Hartford Toyota. This is our fourth Toyota purchase over 22 years and we plan on coming to Hartford Toyota for service. After our wonderful experience with the employees, we will definitely be back for any future new vehicle purchases. More
