Of course, I figured calling me "family" was a cute little marketing tactic, and I really never gave it a second thought. Little did I know, that at the end of that lease, I would be going through one of the most difficult times in my life. Dealing with turning in my car and getting a new one was something I honestly couldn't care less about. After losing my son earlier in the year, I got behind in my last 4 months of payments. When I called to find out how to return my car, I told them that I knew my credit rating had gone down and I didn't think I would be able to get another car. I really only wanted to find out how to return the one that I had. From the second I made that phone call, Dave Goduti assured me that he could help me to deal with getting everything back in order with Toyota and that he would also get me in a new car. Throughout the process, I repeatedly thanked him and told him not to worry if he couldn't pull it off. Well, he didn't lie. He and his team acted on my behalf in dealing with Toyota financial in coming to an agreement to return my 2012 Camry and put me into a new 2015 Camry. I have no doubt that this would not have happened without their help. When the day came to pick up my new car and I had a chance to meet with and talk to all of the people who worked behind the scenes to help me, I was overwhelmed. It wasn't even about the car, that was a nice bonus, but to see and feel the genuine caring that I felt is the reason that I would recommend Hartford Toyota to my own family and friends. My sincere thanks for your help and kindness to Rich Sr., Rich Jr., Tony, Andrew, Dave and the nice woman who brought me coffee when I arrived (I'm sorry I don't remember your name). - Jeanne More

Great Experience I had had a accident with my prior vehicle I had purchased from Hoffman Toyota in Avon, CT. I went to try to get a new vehicle and was given the run around. My friend had purchased her auto from Toyota in Hartford and recommended I go se Luis Martinez. From the time I went in and came out the service was great. I had explained my situation to Luis and Manager Tony and they came out with best options for me to get a new vehicle. I was able to get a 2016 model and lower payments that I had before. They didn't give me the run around. The were upfront and to the point. I commend them with the excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone. More

In addition, they will perform a safety check and general review of your car to spot items for attention now and in the future - a definite added bonus. I also like the "no pressure" way that all is presented to the customer. More

Long drive for a great car My experience was good. I drove 3+ hours to get a particular model car that was unable to be located in NH. Dealership was efficient, friendly, and My experience was good. Really enjoyed Henry & Gloria's personalities. Was able to get in and close the deal and get home before 10 PM. Happy driving the 2016 Toyota 4Runner! More

Five star plus My fourth Camray from Hartford Toyota, although I haven't had a new Camray since 2004. They do last! I sold a 2008 Infinity when I bought this car. Fr My fourth Camray from Hartford Toyota, although I haven't had a new Camray since 2004. They do last! I sold a 2008 Infinity when I bought this car. From the moment I was greeted by Charles Johnson, until I picked up the car six days later, this was the easiest car buying experience I had ever had. Charles and the Sales Manager, Andrew Lombardo, understood that I was prepared to walk out with a deposit given and they made it happen quickly. When I picked up the car, Charles showed me how to work all the electronic bells and whistles. Since the car is much smarter than me, I returned a week later to have it explained again. He was delighted to see me and showed infinite patience with my lack of electronic skills. When picking the car up, I met Gloria Fernandez, the Business Manager. Since I sold my Infinity just as the re-registration was necessary the computer at DMV showed no record of my plates. Gloria got them on the phone, day before Thanksgiving, and waited to get everything straightened out. This took her entire lunch time but she did have a few pretzels on hand which she insisted on sharing. Signed the many papers, payed for the car and said goodbye to my new dear friend, Gloria. Lisa, the Customer Service Manager has called me several times. She was going to meet to help me, but Charles wanted to help with my electronic problems. She said I should call at any time. I will meet her when I have my first service. The Service Manager is new to me, but the service here is always excellent. The person that I dealt with is retired but I know that service will continue to be easy and efficient. More
