What fun! I hadn't shopped for a car in 10yrs. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and this time wanted to consider leasing. Dave Goduti was super appro I hadn't shopped for a car in 10yrs. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and this time wanted to consider leasing. Dave Goduti was super approachable, easy to work with and a good listener. He found a car that really jazzed me that I did not know about. It was a TC Release Series 9 Series. Jim Webster made the deal attractive by working with me and was even available for post initial visit questions, which, he welcomed. I was able to make a decision and come in the following day to finalize the deal. Andrew Lombardo even followed up with an email post my initial visit with Dave to make sure I had a good customer experience. Gloria Fernandez talked me through the lease and how the leasing process work to put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go with Scion. And lastly, Chip Benyi followed up post pick up to let me know he was there when servicing was going to be needed. What a team! Thank you for making car shopping fun and informative. I left feeling content knowing I had worked with a great team who will also be there for me in the future. More
