Excellent customer service Hartford Toyota was not the first dealership my husband and I went to when shopping for a SUV but I now wish it was. We spent days going to different dealers to trade in our honda accord that we still owed quite a bit on to get a SUV and had no luck. When we arrived at Hartford Toyota we were greeted and immediately began working with Gaetano Pagliano. We explained our situation, what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. Hartford Toyota offered us more for our trade in then any other dealer we went to making the payments on the SUV affordable. Gaetano worked diligently on our behalf and explained every step in the process that lead to our purchase of a 2015 Rav 4. Customer service was the number 1 priority of Gaetano, not the sale, he was not pushy one bit. Tony Mumtaz had us in and out when it came to registering the SUV on a Sunday afternoon making it possible to drive away in the Rav 4 the same day. I made appointments with Tina to test drive the vehicle the day prior. Cody was great helping me to understand the differences between models. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not "push me" into a sale. The front desk staff helped my children find pencils to work on their homework, brought them water and helped them use the snack machines. The GM played basketball with my kids which kept them entertained through then purchase process. Signing the financials was a breeze with Gloria. She was organized and helpful! Dave asked us what we were looking for and we told him they we were looking at a used Toyota Sienna Dave told us that their were a couple for us to look at.The first one we looked at we didn't like to much. On Tuesday Sept 1st I went on Hartford Toyotas website and found a Sienna that we had liked. I explained to Dave,that I had found a Sienna on the website that we had liked.So Dave and I rode around the lot,but we could not find the Sienna on the lot. Dave was baffled as to where the Sienna was and asked us to bare with him and he was going to find out where the Sienna was. Dave came back and told us that the Sienna was hidden in the basement and that he would bring it up so we could look at it. As soon as my Mom and Dad saw the Sienna they fell in love with it and they knew that was the vehicle they wanted to purchase. My parents and I were very comfortable and at ease with Dave.he did a fabulous job.Everything was done in a timely manner.
