Great car buying experience! I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car from Hartford Toyota Superstore. The atmosphere is professional and the cars that I was shown were all very clean and in great condition. My expert salesperson, Leslie Richam gave me first-class service by giving me all the details desired of the cars and benefits of buying from the dealership. He is knowledgeable, personable, professional and a great communicator. During the first visit, I met Andrew Lombardo, who introduced himself and made me feel welcome. In addition, each time I came to the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a smile by Darlene the receptionist. Lastly, it was a pleasure meeting Gloria Fernandez and having her complete all documentation. She was friendly and handled the final processes in a very professional manner. Overall, everyone made it a great experience for me, and because of that I will be happy to refer friends and colleagues to the dealership. PS. One suggestion: It would be nice if HTS added sugar substitutes in the coffee/tea area! Thanks again. :) More
