Great service On our way back from vacationing with our family, our car's check engine light (and multiple others) went on. We knew that the reason for the light w On our way back from vacationing with our family, our car's check engine light (and multiple others) went on. We knew that the reason for the light was unlikely to be the gas cap because it went on while driving many miles since our last fill and it didn't turn off when we filled the tank again. With our kids in the car, we didn't feel comfortable not knowing the cause. So, we called a different dealership before passing Hartford and was told that they could make time for us in 3 hours, otherwise "good luck". With one more attempt in mind, we called Hartford Toyota and told them the concern. Without hesitation I was told to just come on by, "we want to make sure you get home safe". Not only was it suggested that I come when passing through, but also that the Manager would be told and they would be expecting me. We were very impressed with the concern for our safety and convenience. Then, when we arrived, we were greeted quickly and were impressed that they were actually expecting us. It didn't take long for the problem to be diagnosed and our peace of mind restored. I realize that some people ignore that check engine light, and maybe we could have, but we couldn't risk it with the drive ahead and our kids in the car. We really appreciate the truly fabulous service and care. More

Great Experience My most recent experience at Hartford Toyota was leaps and bounds better than my past experiences buying cars there. My lease was up so I went in o My most recent experience at Hartford Toyota was leaps and bounds better than my past experiences buying cars there. My lease was up so I went in on Saturday to lease another car. We were set up with Cody who was great right off the bat. We could tell he has experience in the business because he was a no nonsense, cut to the chase kind of guy. He brought us out back to check out the RAV4 selection and within 20 minutes we were settled on what we wanted. He did not try to pressure us into a more expensive car or model. When it came time to negotiate, everything was quick and smooth - again, no nonsense. Cody was great to work with, knowledgeable, attentive and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to work with. We also met with Tony in Finance who was easygoing and cruised through all the paperwork. Andrew sat with us towards the end and made sure everything was good and that we were happy with our experience as a whole. This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting a car, especially at Hartford Toyota. I hope they keep doing what they're doing because my whole view on this business has changed based on this experience. More
