I had to get to work by a certain time and they made sure I got out on time. Paperwork was processed quickly, vehicle was gassed, detailed and ready to go and everything went smoothly and beyond my expectations. My family has purchased from this location before & will definitely continue to thanks to their awesome service. Excellent, Transparent Buying Process I recently purchased a 2015 Scion FR-S from Hartford Toyota, They were informative and honest from the very beginning. The price they posted online I recently purchased a 2015 Scion FR-S from Hartford Toyota, They were informative and honest from the very beginning. The price they posted online was amazing and that is what I got it for. Danielle responded promptly to my inquiry, and scheduled a test drive for the next day. Luis answered every question I had about the car during and after the test drive and really helped me decide that I wanted the car without being at all pushy. He simply gave me the facts and none of the BS that you will get at most dealerships. Andrew was straightforward about the vehicle's price so I knew I was getting the best possible deal without the need to negotiate. He was also extremely helpful and patient while I was deciding to Lease or Buy and gave me all the figures and calculations I needed to make a smart decision. I would highly recommend these guys. I was discouraged with the service and prices I had found thus far. When looking on the internet, I found a car at the Toyota Superstore that fit my price and was the color I wanted! I went to see the car that day and was helped by Chen, Andrew, and Gloria. They were courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The price was exactly what was advertised, which was lower than I had encountered at other dealerships. We quickly came to an agreement on price and they assisted me with my financing. I was able to drive away with my new car that day. :) My whole overall experience was excellent and I would, and have, recommended this dealership to my friends and family. More
