Five Star Experience from Tina, Lillian, Gloria, and Andrew We contacted Tina to obtain details on a used car and within a few minutes we had multiple photos and our questions answered and setup an appointment We contacted Tina to obtain details on a used car and within a few minutes we had multiple photos and our questions answered and setup an appointment for later in the day to test drive the car. After being greeted at the door we took the car for a test drive and upon our return Lillian presented us with payment options and additional information on the car. While in the showroom we looked at a new Toyota Prius C and Lillian answered our questions and we took the car for a test drive and once we returned we obtained pricing on a lease. The entire process from test drive to pricing to deciding on a car was straightforward, no pressure, and was by far the best buying experience we have ever experienced. The finance paperwork was well organized, efficient, and Gloria answered our questions and was a delight to work with. After signing all the paperwork Lillian walked us through the features of the car and the manager Andrew was available to answer any questions and scheduled our first service. Throughout the entire process from emailing Tina to working with Lillian on the test drive and the lease pricing to working with Gloria to sign the lease to meeting with Andrew, each step each person provided excellent service and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy or lease a car at a location with great selection, no pressure, and with the best sales, finance, and management staff in the region. I had talked to Ian who was my sales adviser, and he was nothing short of awesome, he didn't patronise & waste my like like so many sales people do, and worked well with me and the managers to get the best possible deal he could, which was the best in the CT area. I also had the privilege of dealing with Tony who is the finance manager was amazing in every way. One of the best finance managers to do business with. My Valentine's Day Surprise On February 14, 2015 I had an appointment to sit with Jill Bruno to discuss my options abut the 2012 Toyota Sienna I had leased a few years earlier. On February 14, 2015 I had an appointment to sit with Jill Bruno to discuss my options abut the 2012 Toyota Sienna I had leased a few years earlier. To my surprise I sat with Tony Mumtaz in the finance department and along with his assistant Chen Cheng, they offered me a GREAT DEAL on my new 2015 Toyota Sienna. Tony even helped me get out of the lease I was in with no problems while Chen offered me beverages and allow me to test drive the 2015 Toyota Sienna. WAY TO GO TONY and CHEN. I would absolutely would recommend their services. A few days later, I received a follow up call from Jill Bruno and Theresa Casasanta to see that I was satisfied with my services. The model he selected, Touring XLe, turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.We talked price,trade etc.and instead of just looking I purchased a 2015 Avalon Touring XLE.Steve was very competent and knowledgeable which made the transaction effortless.Jim Webster and Tony Mumtaz mad completing the sale smooth as silk.I highly recommend Steve to anyone interested in making a purchase and Htfd.Toyotas team makes it all easy. Excellent Customer Service Henry Is The Best Henry Montgomergy I visted hartford toyota a few months back to see what were my options about the lease i currently was in .Henry went out of Henry Montgomergy I visted hartford toyota a few months back to see what were my options about the lease i currently was in .Henry went out of his way to do what he can to help me that time i couldnt do much because it was still early and he explained everything better to me and i got a much better understanding of how it all works.. His exact words were come back in the few more months and i gurantee you will be leaving with your car. I visted toyota on 02-23-2015 And i couldnt be a much happier person. The customer service was amazing from when i first arrived to my appointment at 5 till 830 pm three and a half hours but worth the wait. Henry is a very patient person great sales person and made it happen. It was fast easy and he made me feel very important. His patience and understanding was great he answered all my questions before i even got the chance to ask them he went thru all the details and made sure he covered everything on my 2015 Toyota Camry we test drove the car put everything together and at the end went thru all the features in my car . I deffiently look forward to working with Henry In the future I recommend Hartford Toyota to everyone . Henry i can finally say i am happy thanks for making this happen.
