Our journey of purchasing a car started with Jill Bruno, ecommerce director, sending me with some suggestions of used Prius's. My husband and I visited the showroom the next day and Jay Raham, salesman, h ecommerce director, sending me with some suggestions of used Prius's. Jay prepared the price sheets on both vehicles and presented them to us. Meanwhile a price was given for our trade in Prius. Andrew Lombardo, sales manager, joined us and we discussed the prices and decided on a fair price for old Prius and our new used Prius. During the entire process we were treated well and everyone was very polite and attentive. Andrew and Jay mentioned that we would become part of the family at the store and by the end of the process, we felt we were an important part of that family. We definitely would recommend doing business at the Hartford Superstore. More

I had brought my 2003 Toyota Camry in to have it serviced and was not planning on buy a car for another 6 months. He was very helpful to my anyway, allowing me to test drive the two cars I had in mind to buy at a future date ... the Prius 3 Hybrid and the Camry Hybrid...and was great about answering questions about them and showing me how some of the features worked. When my Camry was going to be very expensive to fix, I decided to buy. Andrew was quickly responsive with counter offers and options and we worked out a deal.
