The sales man I spoke with (Indian and in his 30's perhaps) didn't listen to a word I said. I said I was looking for a new car with little to no miles on it that reasonably fit into my budget. He showed me a 2007 with 50,000 miles on it instead! When I said I wasn't interested he then showed me a 2009 with 26,000 miles on it! He told me flat out I couldn't afford a brand new car and reluctantly said he guessed he could show me a Yaris. I thanked him for his time, declined on the Yaris and left upset. I'm glad I gave Toyota another chance though, I went to Middletown Toyota and bought a brand new 2011 Corolla that fits right into my budget. I suggest taking your business to Middletown and steering clear from the Hartford dealer. More

I went in to buy a car on a SATURDAY morning and met with Guy Pagliano. I told him what I wanted (Toyota Highlander) and no hassles. Both requests were answered promptly and professionally. He called me on MONDAY to say he found the car so I can have it for friday delivery. My family and I went in FRIDAY at 2:30pm to finalize the pickup. Guy and Greg Shenas(the fiance manager) had the paperwork ready when my family and I went to pick up the car. My family and I were in and out within 45 minutes. Professional, Prompt, and Seamless.
