I had brought my 2003 Toyota Camry in to have it serviced and was not planning on buy a car for another 6 months. He was very helpful to my anyway, allowing me to test drive the two cars I had in mind to buy at a future date ... the Prius 3 Hybrid and the Camry Hybrid...and was great about answering questions about them and showing me how some of the features worked. When my Camry was going to be very expensive to fix, I decided to buy. Andrew was quickly responsive with counter offers and options and we worked out a deal. Buying a car is never a hassle free or quick experience, however I do feel that Toyota of Hartford did a good job at being thorugh and patient, as well as respectful of my needs and concerns. Going into my first car buying experience I was worried about story of dealers squeezing you into a car you just can't afford.
