It was an amazing experience buying our Toyota Highlander from Hartford Toyota. Michael Delemos and Richard MCAllister Jr made sure that they found the Car and the color that we wanted. Was in the market to purchase an new truck....and Guy turned out to the most knowledgeable sales guy on the subject. Normally going to a car dealership is NOT one of my most favorite things I like to do, but I have to tell you Anthony Virgo who sold us the Rave 4 was one of the sweetest and nicest guys around, he was not favorite things I like to do, but I have to tell you Anthony Virgo who sold us the Rave 4 was one of the sweetest and nicest guys around, he was not pushy, he was honest,knowledgeable and we trusted him. He was fairly a new employee at the time and my husband Mike was giving him a hard time about a few different things,(that cost me a batch of chocolate chip cookies) Anthony always managed to have a smile on his face and worked with whatever concerns we/Mike had. Rich who had the final decision worked with us and he was just as sweet,we ended up leasing a Rave 4. Andrew Lombardo also made our car shopping experience a pleasurable one,they made us feel like family by the time we left. We took our daughter there and she ended up with a 2014 Toyota Corolla, they treated her especially nice, of course in a very respectable way. :) We recommend everyone to go there as their selection of vehicles is unlimited and really are great to work with. January 21, 2014 I went to Hartford Toyota after already visiting Nissan (and many other dealerships) looking for a new car W/ a trade in. Jim Palumbo took my every wish on the wish list into consideration as well as my bottom line/ budget. I definitely received the best value and service I could find. The trade in value was phenomenal and I was able to get my Rav 4 in my price range. Jim Palumbo helped me, walked me through the service department introduced me to the staff, he showed me all the nuances of the vehicle and entire dealership, showing me the incredible life time power train warranty. Jim worked with me to get me a great deal and exactly what I WANTED & needed in a car. I didn't feel any pressure like I have experienced at other dealerships.
