Kelly Graham, the salesperson, was very pleasant to deal with in negotiating the price of the car. We did not feel pressured at all. When we picked up our new car the paperwork went very smoothly. Marc, the fellow we dealt with concerning the paperwork, was laid back, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything we signed. Our new plates were already ready even though we picked up the car only two days after we made the deal. Kelly introduced us to the service people and gave us a quick tour of the service department. Andrew Lombardo talked to us before we left with the car to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I have purchased many cars in my long life and this was the most pleasant experience I have had by far. I highly recommend this dealership. More
