It takes almost two hours for just an oil change. Not sure why it takes that long. When I went to ask where the vehicle is at after 90 minutes I see two guys sitting in a bench chatting away. They even changed my clock forward by 90 minutes and my clock isn’t part of sequence in changing the maintenance light. Oil changes on a car should be no more than an hour long. I would suggest being more personable and become more communicative. More

Brought in 2022 RAV PP for first service. First visit to your dealership. Told Toyota associate my center storage compartment lid (between front seats) was loose and to have mechanic inspect/ First visit to your dealership. Told Toyota associate my center storage compartment lid (between front seats) was loose and to have mechanic inspect/tighten. Associate told me this would take an extra hour because the car would need to be road-tested for this issue. Tried 3 different ways to tell the storage lid being loose doesn’t need a road test. Eventually gave up trying to get her to agree to have mechanic look at it. This isn’t what I expect from Toyota. More
