I am very disappointed with this service I have been doing my oil change here since 2007 and on March 28 2023 I brought my car in for oil change only to hear the oil pan was rotted and I could not get a doing my oil change here since 2007 and on March 28 2023 I brought my car in for oil change only to hear the oil pan was rotted and I could not get a oil change . My pan didn't just get rusted why wasn't I notified prior. I was also told the oil pan would cost 888.16 and it was out of stock. You can look up my customer # 79542. Omar did a fantastic job! He kept me updated on the status of my car as it was being built all the way until it reached him at the dealership. I sent my daughter and husband there years ago and the each bought a car and this is my second car I bought from them! I worked with Omar mainly for this purchase and Guy for my previous purchase.
