It takes almost two hours for just an oil change. Not sure why it takes that long. When I went to ask where the vehicle is at after 90 minutes I see two guys sitting in a bench chatting away. They even changed my clock forward by 90 minutes and my clock isn’t part of sequence in changing the maintenance light. Oil changes on a car should be no more than an hour long. I would suggest being more personable and become more communicative. More
