Service person was great. The waiting room definitely needs more attention, at least put free water! I had been at jeep dealership and they have coffee, sodas and cookies while we wait, seriously I spend over 4 hours waiting a least put free water! I had been at jeep dealership and they have coffee, sodas and cookies while we wait, seriously I spend over 4 hours waiting and you didn’t even have water bottles. Plus the receptionist have bad manners, I won’t recommend this dealership to anybody. And yes I will post my review on Google. Be better Toyota Hartford More

My husband and I were very pleased with Hartford Toyota. Omar was a great listener! He explained everything and was so patient when questions would be asked. Because we had a “hiccup” with the finance is Omar was a great listener! He explained everything and was so patient when questions would be asked. Because we had a “hiccup” with the finance issue, he made a special trip to be there Sunday when we were able to finalize the purchase. Excellent Sales person. Bri was also excellent.
