Brianna Garay, the Finance Manager blamed the bank for all of her mistakes that were sent over to our bank from Toyota Superstore of Hartford. It took 13 days to get my car which should have been no lon all of her mistakes that were sent over to our bank from Toyota Superstore of Hartford. It took 13 days to get my car which should have been no longer than 5 days for the funds to hit Toyotas account if the finance department at Toyota Superstore of Hartford wasn't so incompetent. *They could not provide the correct routing # for their own account to our bank. When they did they still sent over the wrong routing number which caused it to go into the wrong account at Toyota so they could not see my funds when they became available. Sales consultant, Jennifer Glidewell was the ONLY one who was able to take the time to reconcile this issue which I was more than greatful for because noone else could give two xxxxs!! Thank you Jennifer Glidewell for taking the time for returning my phone calls in a timely manner and getting to the bottom of the issue. ❤ *They could not send over a ledgeable copy of a the purchase agreement to our bank. * When they finally did it was a new one purchase agreement without my signature which held up the process even longer. Right there is three hold ups preventing me from getting my car in a timely manner. Toyota started the 90 day free trail for Sirius XM 10 days before I got my car (Received the email stating this on Thursday February 2nd, 23) I picked up my car Tuesday February 14th!! Jeannette Garcia, our sales person was ok except for returning our phone calls. Put down a deposit with her Wednesday night February 1st, 23. Toyota Superstore of Hartford transfers calls to voicemails and you hardly ever speak to a person unless you ask to speak to the sales manager, and then soneone will pick up. (They like to avoid you with Caller ID) Basically, once we signed the purchase agreement, Toyota Superstore of Hartford Sucked all together with EVERYTHING. More
