I was disappointed with my last service appointment. Brought car in for routine service including wheel alignment and tire rotation, Transmission flush, oil change, and a host of fixes that cost over Brought car in for routine service including wheel alignment and tire rotation, Transmission flush, oil change, and a host of fixes that cost over $1400. When I drove the car out, the tire pressure light was on. I made a UTurn and returned immediately. Young mechanic checked tire pressure and informed me that one of the sensors was faulty and I’d have to bring it back for further identification and repair. I went back the next day and was told the repair would be over $200, or I could have all four done for $1000. Honestly don’t believe that I should pay for the fix. There was no sensor issue when I brought the car into service yet after tire rotation and wheel alignment, there was an issue. You can check my records at the garage. All service has been done at your garage, and now I have to see a light on the dash because you want to charge me for an issue I did not have when I brought the car to you. Hardly a way to treat a long term loyal customer. More
