I would come back there for my service, but I would never try buying a vehicle there ever again after being so rudely treated by your used car manager. He should be working at a Dick’s Sporting Goods. I don’t even know why I even thought of trying to buy a new vehicle at Hartford Toyota, since you are so far out in left field and your competition is crushing you. Time for new management.. thank you and have a happy Thanksgiving
