They marked down the wrong mileage for my service on my carfax, the advisor slammed his hands on the desk when asked about my vehicle status. They tried to charge me for something when I have a warranty an carfax, the advisor slammed his hands on the desk when asked about my vehicle status. This dealership has given me now 2 poor experiences for service and its seems they want to just screw you out of money and not actually do the service or work requested. I waited over 6 hours and around hour 4-5 they saw me in the waiting room and said “oh I thought you left, I didn't realize you waited for you car”. I don't see myself purchasing or recommending another toyota or this dealership from the awful experiences I’ve encountered on multiple occasions here. More
