"Great customer experience"

I was given some really great customer service on March 1, 2018 at Hartford Toyota by Advisor Lisa E. Taylor. Lisa took the time to give me a written quote on a front axel job, that I needed replaced on my Toyota 4 Runner. I mentioned to her the axel was replaced a few years ago at another Toyota dealership in the area. She advised me to call them back first to make sure there wasn't a lifetime warranty on the part. She didn't want to have me pay for a part that was possibly under a Life Time Warranty. After finding out the part was not guaranteed for life I made my appointment that same day. Lisa was quick to get make sure I would have transportation back to work and set me up with a loaner that was ready as soon as I arrived on the following Thursday. Lisa is very contentious and everything we talked about went exactly as she planned. She even went as far as ordering the part so when I arrived, they could start the job. I was so satisfied as a customer I made another appointment with Lisa when I picked up my truck that afternoon. Lisa again quoted me for a timing belt replacement, job that I have been putting off. I plan on using Hartford Toyota to service my 4 runner going forward. Thank you Lisa Taylor !!

"The Best Costumer Service Ever!!!!!!"

This is our second time leasing a vehicle from Toyota and this time around our salesman Devon Webster made the process painless, stress-free and pleasant. We were very transparent from the beginning and in return he listened and delivered. Please be aware that everyone we encountered from the greeter to Tony, Eddie, Richard and Devon were very personable, informative and accommodating. There is nothing worst than a salesmen who push you to make certain decisions or are just trying to sell you a car. Be sure that no one here is trying to do that. The experience was very straight forward from both ends. Also with all the paperwork that goes into these transactions, things were fairly quick so that was also a plus.

My dad comes here all the time and I go with him to translate. The people here are very servicial and are helpful in every way. He has never had a problem since buying his SUV last year. I feel like we are family coming in every appointment. The wait might be long sometimes but it is worth it!

"Worst service, unfriendly staff, waste of my time"

Didn't get the scheduled service. Apparently, people i spoke on the phone had no idea what they were talking about according to the one of the service person who was very rude and unfriendly. Hope they get their staff trained, at least, they should know what they are talking about and basic customer service skills.
