"Very poor service"

I brought my new 2020 Toyota Tundra into the dealership because the tonneau cover was leaking. I was told this is normal for it to leak a little . I said it is not normal for the cover to leak and I asked to speak to the manager. I was able to speak the service manager Michael Wells and he said they would order a new cover and let me know when it came in and they would replace it. It has been over 3 weeks and the cover is still not replaced. Michael has never reached out to me or contacted me during this time. I have contacted him through email several times. Michael eventually responds to my emails. He said a few times that the cover would arrive on a specific day and then that day would come and I would never hear from him. I would send another email and he would give me another date that it would arrive and again it would not arrive and again he did not contact me. I would send another email and he then told me that the cover was on its way and again it it did arrive and he still has not contacted me. The cover has still not arrived and I am still waiting for Michael to respond to my last email. My experience with Hartford Toyota has been horrible.

This was the only service visit since Carl Maratta left, that I can honestly say., I left pleased. Hoping the Management would take notes from Lisa Taylor, (service advisor) I took my 2016 vehicle, for service. Unlike , other times when I have taken my car for servicing and have had to deal with condescending service advisors. Lisa, was professional. Lisa listened to my concerns and assisted me . After my vehicle had been serviced, Lisa took the time to go over the vehicle inspection check sheet and explain everything to me and answer my questions.Afterwards she even took the time, to drive my vehicle out of the bay area. (Which hadn't been done by the previous service advisor).In conclusion, I give Lisa a 10, and look forward to only having Lisa as an advisor. Hoping that the management and all that work in the service department would learn from Lisa Taylor on how to treat customers. thank you, Lisa

"Unexpected over-the-top level of customer service!"

I contacted hartford toyota superstore about a parts recall on my tacoma pickup- The dealership installed at no cost to me two universal joints, a new frame for the truck& installed leaf sprngs I had a part of a lift kit all at no cost to me!- My service advisor; Jashaira Torres was attentive, polite, proffesional& went above & beyond what I have ever expected from a dealership/service center. Mike Welles; the mechanic who primarily worked on the truck was also extremely proffesional, polite, knowledgeable& again; went above & beyond what I was expecting from this repair experience- I am not someone who is typically impressed by customer service interactions& I was impressed! Hartford toyota superstore will definitely be my go-to for service on my tacoma as well as where I will buy my forth toyota truck when it is time for sure!

Jashaira Torres helped me the day I brought my car i for service. She was very polite, explained everything that would be done and would need to be done. She was very thorough. She is a great addition to the service department. I have other service advisors who were also very nice and polite, but she was very helpful that day. I would enjoy having her be my service advisor the next time I am in for service. I would give Jashaira Torres 5 stars! I purchased my Toyota at Hartford Toyota, and the service department has been very helpful and efficient.

David Goduti, was very informative in regards to the Rav 4. He explained in depth talk the information in needed in regards to the car, all the features, the terms of the lease, the different features of the car. He sync my phone to the computer system so all my radio stations were updated. He was also kept informed during the day step by step of the process of the lease, and all of the expectations. Good customer service He sat with me the duration of the day, from 12:30 until I left in my car at 6:00pm.
