Customer satisfaction at it's finest! I purchased a used 2016 journey early 2018. I had the car vehicle less than 2 months and it was in and out of the shop 5 times. Had what I needed and got me on my way My daily driver and my “bulletproof” backup truck crapped out on me in the same week. I was out of money to keep throwing at car repairs BUT had good My daily driver and my “bulletproof” backup truck crapped out on me in the same week. I was out of money to keep throwing at car repairs BUT had good credit, so began looking for a new or gently used vehicle that would get me back to work right away. This was one of our first stops to window shop and lay eyes on the options, and the salesman who greeted us listened to two very picky people and helped us find a car below budget and that I could feel excited to drive. They had many opportunities to push me towards something more expensive but seemed to just really want to get me in the right vehicle. Got a couple of the mandatory salesman spiels but overall, the group of folks in the showroom seemed happy to be working together and in a community they care about. Everyone was very warm and made a stressful situation as relaxing and informative as possible. Glad I stopped in! More
