I dropped my car off for repair on 29 JUN 2021, and it is now 21 SEP 2021 still NO CAR.  It has literally been one COVID related excuse after another. I would highly recommend going to other collision repair facilities that don't have more cars in repair lot than on the sales lot. AJ was a good communicator, but the pickup they had advertised was in terrible condition compared to their inspection report they sent me before I took the 3 hour trip. I feel the pickup was grossly mi advertised was in terrible condition compared to their inspection report they sent me before I took the 3 hour trip. I feel the pickup was grossly misrepresented. I inspected the pickup, and took it for a test drive, and it had a laundry list of issues that would have cost thousands to fix, and they were completely unwilling to budge on the price. I returned from the test drive, tossed AJ the keys and got out of there. Completely ridiculous and a long drive for nothing. Be wary of their "inspection report". It is a total sham. More
